Why We Built Veldspark Labs

The Same Problems, Over and Over

After 15 years of consulting with companies across Thailand, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the US, I kept running into the same problems. Different industries, different teams, different budgets — but the pain points were identical.

Sales teams drowning in spreadsheets. Marketing teams overpaying for email by 10x. Data stuck in silos that don't talk to each other. Tools that promise AI but deliver glorified if-else statements.

From Pattern to Product

At some point, you stop building one-off solutions and start asking: what if we built this for everyone?

That question became Veldspark Labs. The idea is simple — take recurring problems from consulting, validate them across multiple clients, and build AI-powered products that solve them at scale.

Why "Veldspark"?

The name is Dutch. Veld means "field" or "open ground." Spark means ignition. Products born from the field — not from pitch decks or trend-chasing.

We're not trying to build the next unicorn. We're building a portfolio of focused tools that each solve one problem exceptionally well. No feature bloat, no enterprise complexity, no six-month implementations.

What We've Shipped So Far

LeadScoutr was our first product — an AI-powered B2B lead generation CRM. It started because every consulting client I worked with had the same complaint: "We spend hours researching prospects and still can't find the right ones."

Now LIZZY, our conversational AI, does that research in seconds. Describe your ideal customer in plain language, and she searches the web, qualifies companies, and builds your pipeline.

ZenSendr is next — AI-powered email marketing at a fraction of what Mailchimp and Keap charge. Because no one should pay $299/month to send emails.

The Team

It's two of us. I handle business development and product strategy. Kevin handles engineering. We ship fast because there are no committees, no roadmap theater, and no meetings that could have been emails.

What's Next

We have a long list of products in the pipeline. We ship one at a time, validate it, and move on. Every product strengthens the others, and every consulting engagement surfaces new problems to solve.
